Agreement

Last updated: 13 March 2026

By creating an account, buying a plan, uploading assets, or otherwise using ShipItOnce, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance and who we are

ShipItOnce is operated by SwiftBee Ltd ("SwiftBee", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and SwiftBee regarding your use of the ShipItOnce website, dashboard, upload flows, launch leaderboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you use ShipItOnce on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

ShipItOnce helps founders and product teams prepare launch-ready materials. Depending on the feature and plan, the Service may let you upload screenshots, icons, demo videos, product links, and product summaries; generate resized image variants; assemble launch copy or launch-pack exports; manage creator profiles; and surface launches in public directories or rankings.

ShipItOnce may use automated workflows, templates, scoring systems, and AI-assisted tools to help produce suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing everything before you publish or rely on it.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login methods.

You may sign in through email/password or supported third-party sign-in providers. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe your account credentials are compromised, your account is being misused, or your use creates security or legal risk for us or other users.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for children.

4. Plans, billing, and subscriptions

ShipItOnce currently advertises plan types including one-time launch credits and recurring or lifetime access tiers. Features, pricing, usage allowances, and eligibility limits are shown on the site or at checkout and may change from time to time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on ShipItOnce servers.

If you purchase a recurring plan, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel through the billing management flow or the payment provider's tools, subject to applicable law and any terms shown at checkout.

Unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout or in-product, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Any statutory consumer rights you have remain unaffected.

Because ShipItOnce is a digital service, access to paid features may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

5. Your content and generated outputs

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to ShipItOnce, including product descriptions, screenshots, icons, videos, links, and profile content ("Your Content"). You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload, process, transform, store, and display that content through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, resize, transform, package, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and promote the Service. This includes generating image variants, launch-pack files, previews, and public directory cards.

You are also responsible for reviewing and approving any generated output before publication. Generated copy, image variants, and checklists are suggestions only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given platform or audience.

6. Public leaderboards and community features

ShipItOnce includes public-facing discovery features such as launch directories and weekly rankings. When you create a launch, some launch information may be displayed publicly, including your product name, tagline, description, website link, icon, screenshots, publication date, and community score or vote counts.

Certain plans or promotions may include automatic public placement. For example, the site currently advertises public placement for Founder Lifetime users, and weekly launch rankings may surface launches more broadly.

If you believe a public listing is inaccurate or needs review, contact support@swiftbee.co.uk.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use ShipItOnce to:

  • upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or malicious content;
  • upload assets or product details you do not have permission to use;
  • impersonate another person or organisation or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
  • probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent plan restrictions, credits, rate limits, or security controls;
  • use the Service to generate spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or misleading launch material;
  • submit malware, harmful code, or files intended to disrupt the Service or third parties.

8. Third-party platforms and links

ShipItOnce may reference or link to third-party platforms such as Product Hunt, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, GitHub, Stripe, and Google services. Those services are independent from us and may have their own rules, privacy notices, fees, and moderation standards.

You are responsible for ensuring your content, launch materials, and posting behaviour comply with any third-party platform rules you choose to use. We do not guarantee approval, ranking, reach, or acceptance on any external platform.

9. Intellectual property

ShipItOnce, its branding, site design, software, workflows, and other materials we provide are owned by SwiftBee Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, license, resell, or create derivative works from the Service itself.

We appreciate feedback and product suggestions, but unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that ShipItOnce will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every launch. We do not guarantee that generated content will be effective, compliant, accurate, or accepted by any third-party platform.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law or a service provider.

On suspension or termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions about billing already due, licences, disclaimers, and liability limitations.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftBee Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for ShipItOnce in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) GBP 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. General terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by publishing an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@swiftbee.co.uk.
